Another year has come and gone. That means it's time for another exciting episode of T.A.G's Top Twenty!!!
This year's list was the most difficult for me since I started. (Don't ask how many times I had to edit this list) I had a hard time with this one because A LOT of games came out this year that are right up my alley. It was a bit of a battle as I did my best to be objective and not fall prey to my "fanboy-ness". But all in all, it came out well and I'm pleased with the result (even if a few of my favourites didn't make the cut).
After reading my take on the matter you can voice your opinion in the comment section. Who knows, (if you think similarly to me [60% joking 40% serious] then) maybe I'll outsource the next list to one of you readers. *suggestive wink*

(I wonder if I should sneak in a few of my choice picks into this list without anyone knowing I did so? I'm sure I could but it would go against my better judgement, my conscience, my morals, my scruples and all I stand for! Therefore, I'll only sneak in 1!!! *nods in agreement*)

As you may have guessed, I have not played EVERY game on this
list. (Partly because I don't own all the consoles and mostly because
I'm a "Broke Gamer") However, not playing a game does not hinder being
able to discern whether it is "Top Twenty" material or not (This, of
course, is up for discussion). I have researched all the items on the
list to the best of my ability (Youtube, Official Websites, Articles,
Reviews, etc), critiqued them using my own criteria
(Gameplay, Storyline, Visuals/Audio, Scores, etc) and placed them on the
list if they met the standard I set. The list, concordantly, takes a few
essential points (Accurate Sampling, Adequate Population and Appropriate Representation)
into consideration. Persons who feel the selection process was rigged
and/or deviated from the standard protocol of list-making, in any way,
may voice their displeasure. Note that in so doing, you may incur the
wrath of the Gamer Gods and be cursed with but not limited to: Corrupted Save Files, Faulty Hardware, Hacked Accounts, Lag, Low K/D Spread, Power Outages and any other punishment the Gods may see fit to inflict upon you.
